We currently accept credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.


Please reach out via email or text to confirm availability. Once we confirm, you can place your order directly through the website by clicking "Order" in the website directory. If an order is placed without prior confirmation, it will be refunded, minus the credit card processing fees.


The earlier, the better, to ensure availability. However, we have been known to squeeze in plenty of last-minute orders, so don’t hesitate to try us for a last-second booking.


Payment is non-refundable but can be used as a credit if reservation changes are made with two weeks or more notice before the event date. Changes made within the two weeks preceding the event render the original payment non-adjustable. If an event is canceled or rescheduled between 7 and 14 days before the event, 50% of the payment can be used as a credit. Cancellations within one week of the event render the full payment non-refundable and non-creditable.


Rented items, such as boards, bowls, vases, risers, and knives, must be returned in full and in good condition. The client accepts financial responsibility for replacement costs.


By providing a deposit, the client is reserving the date and consenting to these terms and conditions.

We deliver to the address provided in the shipping section during checkout at the agreed-upon time or within 30 minutes of the scheduled time. If the client is unavailable to receive the order, we will call and text the number provided in the order. Our delivery person will attempt to make contact for up to five minutes. If no contact is made, we will leave the order in a shady spot as close to the front door as possible and provide a photo for proof.


Once the board is dropped off, it is solely the client's responsibility. If there is no safe place to leave the board (e.g., a gated community) or if the temperature is simply too hot during the summer months, we will bring the board back to our shop, and it will be the client's responsibility to retrieve it. We are not responsible for redelivery. If the client requires redelivery and our schedule permits, a new delivery charge will be applied.


If the address provided is incorrect, we can redirect our driver as a courtesy up to two miles from the incorrect location. If the correct address is further than two miles, the trip is considered a new delivery, and a new delivery charge applies. By placing an order for delivery, the client consents to these terms.


Deposits are 100% non-refundable unless Xoxo Charcuterie initiates the cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.


Cancellations with seven days or more notice will receive a full store credit. Cancellations with less than seven days' notice will receive 50% of the purchase total as credit to be used at a later date, while 50% is non-refundable to help cover the time and value of prepped materials and the now-empty time slot that we cannot resell on short notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are 100% non-refundable and non-creditable. Holiday bookings are 100% non-refundable and non-creditable. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation with our policies; you make it possible for us to do the work we love so much.


Yes, all charcuterie boards can be made vegetarian. Some boards (medium to XXL) offer vegan variations but require advance notice as we do not routinely stock vegan cheese.


We are happy to create pork-free charcuterie boards, but we are not certified kosher. Just let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your dietary needs.


Yes! We are fully permitted and also ServSafe certified.


If you aren't planning on eating it the same day, please let us know in advance so we can prep it accordingly. Our charcuterie boards are best served on the same day, but with some adjustments to packaging and presentation, they can be offered on the following day as well.


Please reach out via email or text to confirm availability for your order in advance of placing it. Orders placed unconfirmed will be refunded, minus the 3% credit card processing fees, as those are not refunded by the processing companies.


 Yes, we do deliver! Our typical delivery range is up to 15 miles, but we are able to arrange and offer custom delivery quotes for out-of-range deliveries.
